Founder and President
Jordan Schultz, Founder of Schultz Consultants, has been a recruiter and consultant specializing in the wealth management space for over 25 years. Prior to launching his own firm in 2015, he was a Partner and Executive Vice President at a nationally recognized search firm in the financial services business.
Jordan has been recognized locally and nationally for his merit and effectiveness within the arena. More importantly, he has been entrusted with the confidence of sophisticated advisors and senior executives throughout the industry.
He lives in Palm Beach County, FL with a satellite location in Westchester County, NY.
Eric Martin
Junior Partner, Principal
Eric Martin is Junior Partner, Principal at Schultz Consultants, where he focuses on building relationships with high-performing financial advisors and helping them evaluate opportunities beyond the traditional wirehouse and legacy wealth management models. Eric takes an advisor-first approach to the recruiting process, with an emphasis on confidentiality, timing, economics, platform support, and long-term fit. He works closely with advisors at various stages of their careers, from those actively evaluating a move to those simply looking to better understand what is available in the market. A Fordham University business school graduate, Eric combines his background in business, technology, and relationship management to provide advisors with thoughtful market insight and a discreet, consultative approach to evaluating their next chapter.
